In 2011, the management team reorganized and established a new company-Guangdong Chigo Heating & Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. (short for GCHV), it is a professional commercial central air-conditioning equipment manufacturing and supply enterprise integrating R&D, testing, production, manufacturing, marketing, project design, sales and after sales service. Under the leadership of its Chairman Zhang Quan, GCHV has been steadily growing in the past 8 years. In April 2019, CHIGO transferred 40% of Chigo Commercial's equity to our General Manager, Zhang Quan. Since then, Mr. Zhang and his management team own 70% of Chigo Commercial's equity and CHIGO owns 30%. CHIGO then becomes a minority shareholder and Chigo Commercial will continue to use the "CHIGO" brand (colored in green). "GCHV" is another brand possessed by Chigo Commercial for business now. Therefore, CHIGO HEATING AND VENTILATION EQUIPMENT Co., Ltd and CHIGO are entirely two independent companies.
GCHV total assets 1 billion yuan, factory covers 170 thousands square meters, more than 1500 employees, 31 labs, 14 modern production lines, annual production capacity exceeded 1.5 million sets, enabled GCHV ranked top 3 in the industry. It has three major categories of light commercial, VRF and modular chiller products, and has become one of the largest central air-conditioning manufacturers in China with the widest product line. GCHV marketing network covers more than 100 countries and regions around the world, accomplished thousands of commercial air-conditioning projects worldwide. In 2018, the sales revenue exceeded 2.5 billion yuan.

R&D technical team with more than 200 experts. We declared about 658 patents, including 192 invention patents. Established close ties with 20 domestic research institutes, key universities.
